Consumer Innovation Expert
Jen leads innovation strategies and solutions for some of the world's largest companies. She is the engine behind many successful new products, as well as licensing, joint ventures and acquisition agreements. Jen is a seasoned expert in finding growth opportunities and developing ideas that others miss by questioning the status quo, pushing the boundaries, and reinventing commoditized innovation practices and techniques. She thrives in the face of ambiguity and uncharted territory and enjoys solving the toughest marketing and innovation challenges.
Before starting Realsight, Jen worked as a member of New Platforms Innovation at PepsiCo Inc., working to create new product categories for its beverage portfolio. Prior to Pepsi, Jen was part of the Innovation team at Diageo, and also worked in several innovation management positions at Kraft Foods, Inc. She started her career as a consultant for marketing companies working in consumer goods, financial services and health care industries.
An avid outdoors women, Jen can usually be found hiking in the mountains or cycling on long distance journeys when she's not working with clients or speaking to innovation professionals.
Jen has an MBA from New York University and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
